Harmony

There is a deep voice inside of me that speaks to me saying that there is something missing. When this voice whispers to me I know that I must stop to reflect. I have learned over time that the most important voice to listen to, besides my mother's, is my inner voice. She whispers to me and sometimes yells at me, “she lost the harmony”.
Harmony is a very romantic word, but, at the same time, very important. It is the ability of everything to flow or dance at the same pace or rhythm. No matter if it is inside or outside, it is too valuable to possess this ability to feel harmony.
Sometimes I lose the harmony of my thoughts. Sometimes, I lose the harmony in my relationships. And sometimes, and the most dangerous one, I lose the harmony of my health and stability, and this one is the most dangerous one because it is the desperate cry of my inner voice telling my “you need to pay attention”.
This is why perceiving this harmony is so important, it becomes balance, care, love. It is romantic because it sounds beautiful, but it is important because it is value and dignity. Reaching it is hard work, and losing it is worse than the deepest pain. Therefore, I urge you that when you hear her whisper, do not ignore it, attend to it, caress it, treat it with care and allow it to point out where the fissure is that destabilizes your precious harmony. And when you have reached it, dance with it with your best steps, because it is a virtue that not everyone possesses.
