Noemi is the Targeted Case Management Department Supervisor at Hispanic Family Counseling. Previously, she worked as a psychosocial worker at ASSMCA providing services to people with addiction to controlled substances, and under legal and probation procedures. In 2014, she relocated to Florida, and from 2018 to present, she has worked as a mental health case manager.
Noemi obtained her bachelor's degree in Educational Arts at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. In addition, she completed her master's degree in Social Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. She is a wife and mother of three beautiful children who are her greatest treasure. She is a faithful believer that it was God himself who placed her in this profession to be of help to people in need. For Noemi, her experience working with #HispaFam has been unmatched as she feels valued, appreciated and respected as a professional and human being.

Antonio is a Certified Behavioral Health Case Management who was born in Puerto Rico and can provide case manager services in either English or Spanish. He graduated with his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Turbao in June 2014. As a Behavioral Case Manager, Antonio has been working for the past two years with adults, children, and adolescents. As a mental health case manager, he is responsible for ensuring that people receive the best possible services to help them recover effectively.

Cladyana was born into a Christian family in the town of Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. She graduated from Caribbean University with a bachelor's degree in science, specializing in Speech-Language Therapy, which she has practiced for 6 years. She is passionate about working with children, being a part of their growth and development, and supporting their families. Her short-term goal is to pursue a master’s degree in occupational therapy to continue growing professionally and to keep serving and supporting children and their families.

Laura was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She moved to The United States with her family when she was 16 years old. Laura graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Lehman College. She enjoys working with a diverse field full of opportunities to help others grow, engage and even impact social change. She also believes that being a Targeted Case Manager can make a difference in someone's life during their most challenging times. Helping clients finding resources, and offering support for them and their families can significantly ease their burdens.

Nora was born in Oakland, California, and raised in Holyoke, Massachusetts. She graduated in June 2020 with a bachelors degree in Psychology from Belhaven University, and her desire is to continue her masters degree to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles, but her passion is working with needy, to help them with their needs. As a certified case manager, Nora has been working for the community for the past 10 years, providing services to help individuals achieve their goals.

Rosario Roselys, CBHCM - Targeted Case Manager

Roselys was raised in Cayey, Puerto Rico. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Turabo in Gurabo, PR, in 2012, specializing in Criminology. That same year, she relocated to Central Florida where she completed her Master's in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management at Ana G. Mendez in 2016, along with classes to complete her Master's in Health Service Management at the same university. She has been working as a Case Manager since 2015, dedicating her empathy, love, and commitment to each family as if they were part of her own. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. Roselys, a mother of one, a wife, and a business owner in Central Florida, is also a breast cancer survivor and cherishes the beautiful way God cared for her at all times. "I love being a TCM; it's who I am. I live social work with a prettier name from the perspective of helping families, and that makes me happy."

Yanet was born in Holguín, Cuba. She arrived in the USA in 2002 and have lived in Central Florida since 2004. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of the East Ana G. Méndez, Orlando campus, in 2011. She has worked in customer service for several years and as a dental assistant for 5 years. She completed certification as a Target Case Manager in 2021. She is the mother of two adorable children (a girl and a boy); they are the light of her life. She loves her work as a Case Manager (TCM). She enjoys helping others and is passionate about behavior and the human mind, and love promoting family well-being and the positive aspects of humanity. She strives to be a beacon for those in need in a fast-paced and challenging world. She has worked as a Case Manager since 2021 with children, adolescents, and adults. She feels blessed and grateful to God to work in mental health, an area so important because without mental health, one cannot achieve any physical or emotional well-being. For her, it is a blessing and a pride to work with Hispanic Family Counseling Inc.

Yanet was born and raised in Cuba. She’s had the privilege of living a life shaped by love, dedication, and the pursuit of personal growth. In 1996, she graduated from a Cuban university, an accomplishment that marked the beginning of her professional journey. With a degree in hand and a heart full of aspirations, she embarked on her professional career. She has accumulated three years of experience as a targeted case manager, a role that has allowed her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. In addition, she has been married for more than 25 years to a partner who has been her rock and her greatest supporter. Together, they have a wonderful 13-year-old son, who brings immense joy and pride into their lives. One of her greatest pleasures is spending time at the beach, where she finds solace and inspiration. As she reflects on her journey, she holds close to a profound truth: “Although no one can go back and make a new beginning, anyone can start from now and create a new ending.” This belief has been a source of strength and motivation. It reminds her that regardless of past challenges or missed opportunities, the power to shape her future lies in her hands.

Yoly was born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She graduated in 2003 with a bachelor's degree as a speech therapist, which she has practiced for the past 20 years. In 2020, she earned a Master's in Health Management and is certified as a Case Manager. She enjoys serving and helping people and being part of the evolution and progress of her clients. In addition, Yoly likes to learn and hopes to achieve many other professional goals in the next 5 years.
