Responsibilities:
We are looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to our Mental Health Agency in different areas. This person will perform among other functions; Human Resources for the staff, as well as being in charge of meetings of the agency and assisting the Director of Operations of our Agency.
Neccesary Qualities:
• Ability to manage projects in an organized and efficient manner.
• Possess interpersonal skills, project management and communication.
• Experience in the field of health.
• Must have knowledge regarding hiring and personnel management, marketing and promotion.
• Be able to handle people with understanding and compassion.
• Willing to learn electronic records management and computer systems.
• Ability to work in team.
• Being able to delegate tasks and take charge of them.
• Proficient with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat and other computer programs.
Minimum Requirements:
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English, professional level)
• Third language (French or Portuguese)
• Knowledge and experience in Business Administration and Health Services Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• Master's Degree in Health Services Administration.
• Completed trainings required by the Florida Department of Children and Families;
o Identify and Report cases of Child Abuse
o Safety training
or HIPAA
o Problems with deafness and deafness Modules 1, 2, 3, and 4
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a medical office, in the field of health and medicine, or any other similar site as an administrative staff.
• Experience with managing payments and insurance charges.
• Experience with Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of patient safety policies "HIPAA".

Responsibilities:
Provide counseling services to individuals with social and emotional needs. Complete client’s paperwork including, but not limited to, intake forms, treatment plans, and bio-psychosocial forms. .
Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
Qualifications:
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or similar license to practice in the state of Florida. Registered Interns in the state of Florida. Bilingual/Trilingual candidates highly preferred (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).

Responsibilities:
Assist recipients in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services. Primary goal is to optimize the functioning of recipients who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment and support services in the most efficient and effective manner.
Requirements:
Ability to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to effectively with individuals in need, staff, and support agencies. Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile people within their homes, school, office or other locations as applicable.
Must be able to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications and other office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Behavioral, Mental Health or
related degree from an accredited university.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in the field or related area.
- Required Case Management Certification in the state of Florida
